Introducing: Modern Tart Mobile Bar

Here at Roll To we believe that all mobile bars are beautiful, but sometimes we come across a conversion that is extra-gorgeous. Modern Tart certainly falls into that category.

This ‘66 Jet Camper turned mobile bar is a stunner, combining retro charm and a sleek finish on the outside, with dreamy colors and thoughtful, contemporary touches on the inside (yes, we’re obsessed with the pink backsplash too).

Modern Tart is the recent creation of owner Amanda Sakovitch and her husband, Nick. “I've always wanted to start my own business. I had this dream of opening my own bakery and I bartended my way through culinary school” Amanda told us. “I was about a month into my maternity leave when I saw a photo of a mobile bar online and I became obsessed. I would be walking my newborn and listening to podcasts about it or rocking him back to sleep at 3am scrolling craigslist for trailers for sale.

When I found the listing of my now camper it happened to be located just a city over, so my husband and I went and looked at it in person. The second I stepped inside I think I cried. That might have been the postpartum hormones, but either way, I knew I needed that camper!”

And as you can see from the photos above, Amanda certainly has an eye for design. What was once a tired looking coffee bar has been transformed into a beautiful modern mobile bar fit for weddings, bridal showers, photoshoots, birthday parties or corporate events.

Wooden paneling and white fixtures ensure the interior appears clean and without clutter, allowing guests to enjoy the striking pink neon sign on pink backsplash wall. And whilst the large bay windows make the camper roomy and convenient to serve from, Modern Tart is truly mobile, able to squeeze into the smallest of event spaces.

“We are still in the prelaunch phase, but I have loved the entire process of building and designing our rig. I've tried very hard to make our camper versatile enough so that it can go with any aesthetic while still adding hints of our own personality.”

Beautiful, retro chic vibes to match any occasion

Modern Tart is set to launch imminently and are available to discuss pre-bookings now. A mobile bar that looks as good as this is bound to be in high demand, so be sure to reach out sooner rather than later!

“We would love to hear from anyone who might be interested in booking with us once we officially open the doors. We can't wait to celebrate with our future couples and make all of their wedding bar dreams come true!”
