Our 1972 converted horse trailer bar is equipped to provide a beverage experience that you and your guests will be talking about long after the party is over. We strive to use fresh organic fruit juices for all of our specialty cocktails​,​ moving away from industry standard corn-syrup mixers and sodas. Our herb infused simple syrups are sourced from farms in the Southwest Colorado region; supporting the local economy and environment. We design each event's cocktail menu around seasonal herbs and fruits; keeping the flavor profiles fresh and bright. Thirsty Rooster team brings all the high quality juice mixers​,​ garnishes​,​ ice​,​ compostable cup ware and bar tools needed for you and your guests.
