When she’s not joining in on the dancefloor​,​ owner Vivian can be found serving signature cocktails from a converted 1970s horse trailer​,​ lovingly referred to as ‘Magnus’. The bar’s sleek​,​ modern exterior is complemented by cream accents and white walls. Magnus is stylish and adds a touch of class to proceedings. The Thirsty Horse mobile bar is super versatile​,​ having been deployed at all sorts of events​,​ ranging from rustic ranch weddings to backyard Halloween parties and hot cocoa Christmas celebrations. Vivian is also launching her very own line of cocktail mixers and garnishes​,​ named ‘Local Sips’​,​ using fresh citrus fruits from local farms.
