Founded in 2018​,​ The Pocket Bakery is a mobile and bespoke bakery run by sisters Courtney Yopp Norris and Lucy Wathen. What began as an outlet to express creativity and love of baking quickly grew. Courtney’s talent for exquisite sweets compliments Lucy’s expertise for breads and pastries. They chose to expand with the addition of the mobile bakery​,​ “Goldie”​,​ which allows them to serve their customers in a new and unique way! Influenced by the flavors of Kentucky and desserts they had as children​,​ everything is made from scratch with high quality ingredients in small batches.
