Hello friends​,​ my name is Alexis. I am the creator behind this charming little bar company called The Bubbly Pony. I was born in Putnam County​,​ NY. I have an amazing boyfriend of 4 years and we are the proud “pawrents” to 2 dogs​,​ and 7 chickens! This business idea started out with a dream and a used horse trailer! The Bubbly Pony is a bartending and rental service company here to make your event unforgettable! When people sip a cocktail created by us and compliment the refreshing fresh ingredients​,​ the taste it delivers & the display of the cocktail we put in front of them​,​ my heart is happy! I am TIPS certified. I look forward to working with you all and making your special event the talk of the town! ABOUT THE PONY: The Bubbly Pony is a chic​,​ charming beautifully renovated horse trailer bar that can pull up to any wedding​,​ engagement party​,​ bridal shower​,​ bachelorette​,​ anniversary​,​ graduation​,​ BBQ​,​ corporate event​,​ any party really​,​ and dispense perfectly chilled​,​ ready to-drink glasses of Prosecco​,​ rosé​,​ beer​,​ white wine​,​ and specialty cocktails (as well as non-alcoholic options such as sparkling water​,​ lemonade​,​ etc.) Choose from an extensive list of beverage offerings or supply your own. The compact size of the Pony allows chilled glasses of Prosecco and beer to be served in a variety of locations. So​,​ no matter your venue​,​ there’s a spot for The Bubbly Pony! OTHER BARS You can also add one of our amazing satellite bars to your events package. Honey is our vintage tuk tuk truck and can be used to bartend off of the back bed. She will soon have taps but as of right now she's a bar! Nash is our traveling bar cart and is always a hit! So cute and such a great addition for any event. Cali is our mini bar and is the BOMB! So elegant​,​ so classy! WHAT'S INCLUDED? - Drinkware​,​ Napkins​,​ Straws​,​ Garnishes​,​ Ice​,​ Water Dispenser​,​ Fruit for water - Liquor Liability & General Liability Insurance - Set Up & Break Down of trailer or cart - Liquor & Beer Shopping List - Lounge area with area rug & table (you can choose to not have this) We will customize anything for you and your event with an additional fee! We can add a balloon garland and decor to match your vibe​,​ upgrade and customize the cups​,​ add a champagne toast​,​ or coffee for an end of the night pick me up! Our bartenders will be licensed and fully insured when crafting your cocktails. And in case you are wondering​,​ we play well with others. If your venue or caterer requires you to buy alcohol from them and use their bartenders​,​ our bars can still be a part of your special event. The Bubbly Pony mobile bar is a memorable alternative to keg party pumps​,​ tubs of ice with jockey boxes on folding tables​,​ Pourbox beer trailers and beer truck rentals for your corporate or special event.
