We are Gazoz! Urban & Country beautiful drinks; We garnish each drink with a variety of edible flowers and local seasonal tropical fruits. Gazoz is a local bar service on Oahu that specializes in 'Farm-to-Cup' beverages​,​ which is very similar to farm to table​,​ just with mocktails and cocktails! Prior to every event​,​ the Gazoz team harvests fresh herbs​,​ edible flowers and seasonal fruits from different organic farms around the island. These fruits​,​ homemade syrups and shrubs​,​ along with fresh organic herbs and edible flowers are added into the drinks along with sparkling water which creates “Gazoz”- a fizzy​,​ fruity​,​ fresh beverage​,​ making it the perfect drink all year round in Hawaii. From mocktails to cocktails​,​ each drink is unique and custom made rich with floral aromas​,​ flavorful fruits​,​ and a variety of bright colors. Our drinks are a celebration of seasonal ingredients locally sourced by the owner Daniela and her team. Prior to every event one of the mixologists harvest edible flowers and organic herbs as well as pick up customized edible flower bouquets from women farmers around the islands​,​ then we add the large variety of edible flowers to our drinks​,​ which brings out the natural beauty of every locally sourced ingredient. Combining the fresh fruits​,​ herbs​,​ homemade syrups​,​ and sparkling water​,​ the Gazoz team strives to make a big impact on your big day by making the bar set up memorable​,​ beautiful​,​ unique and as custom curated as possible. Private events We add so much beauty and uniqueness to every event we do! We LOVE being a part of Weddings​,​ Baby Showers​,​ Bachelorette Parties​,​ Baby Luau’s​,​ Corporate events​,​ Birthday Parties​,​ Holiday Parties… When booking us you can chose from ‘Uncle Ed’- our Rustic Redwood Bar​,​ or ‘Auntie Sue’- our vintage Horse Trailer Bar. Both are designed beautifully with so much character to light up any occassion. For your event we will work with you to build you a custom menu to match your prefrences. Our drinks can be perfectly complemented with a splash of Champagne​,​ Prosecco​,​ Rum​,​ Tequila​,​ Campari​,​ or Vodka. Usually​,​ a mix of Gazoz and the added alcohol become the signature drink at the bar. We do not provide the alcohol​,​ however​,​ we can serve it at your event. Our events always strive to be ocean and environmentally friendly​,​ by reducing the use of plastics and working with local products as much as possible. We are happy to cater to any ideas or needs while always assuring a fresh supply of fruits​,​ herbs​,​ and flowers.
